Mechanical Design Engineer

• Design and review of mechanical equipment at pump stations / Treatment plants and other facilities of Water/sewage treatment plants process and non process.
• Preparation of technical specification, review of vendor data sheet, QAP
• Preparation of mechanical GAD for pumping stations, WTP and STP equipment including lifting arrangements.
• Cost estimation for mechanical works.
• Pipe design, stress analysis, Pipe weld and test requirement, Preparation of pipe and equipment 3D drawings.
• Factory inspection and testing: Pumps, valves, pipes, WTP and STP equipment

Relevant experience of Ten (10) years in design activities of mechanical discipline in sewerage and water supply projects including pumping stations, Water treatment Plant equipment, Sewage treatment Plant equipment, Pipe design

Total professional experience of Fifteen (15) years.

 

Qualification: Minimum BE Mechanical Engineering
