Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design, development, and enhancement of advanced die bonder semiconductor equipment. The successful candidate will be involved in end-to-end mechanical design activities, from concept development through validation and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and modules using 3D CAD platforms and relevant engineering analysis or simulation tools.
• Support equipment assembly, integration, testing, and customer buy-off, ensuring design intent and performance requirements are met.
• Execute detailed mechanical part design, including validation of manufacturing processes, tooling, and piece-part feasibility.
