Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative New Product Development (NPD) Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The NPD Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and launching new products, from concept through production. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality, and marketing, to ensure that new products meet performance, cost, and manufacturing requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Design and Development: Lead and contribute to the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet customer needs, safety standards, and manufacturing capabilities.
    Develop detailed product specifications, 3D models, and engineering drawings using Solidworks CAD software.
    Perform simulations, prototyping, and testing to validate design concepts.
