MECHANICAL DRAFTER

New York City's premier mechanical construction contractor is looking for a skilled Mechanical Drafter with strong HVAC expertise.

Responsibilities:
Create detailed technical drawings and plans using Autodesk Revit for HVAC/mechanical systems, including ductwork and piping layouts.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate design concepts and project specifications into accurate schematics and layouts.
Manage and maintain the 3D models on the Autodesk ACC platform, including keeping models up to date with as-built information.
Use Navisworks to update and create 3D models of the building and confirm installed conditions of past projects.
Review and revise drawings as necessary to ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and reflect field conditions.
