Mechanical Engineer (3D/NX/12 Months)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify mechanical systems and components for manufacturing equipment.
• Apply Solid Mechanical Engineering (ME) fundamentals to solve complex design and manufacturing challenges.
• Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings for fabrication and assembly.
• Hands-on involvement in prototyping, testing, debugging, and integrating mechanical designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Electrical, Process, Manufacturing) to ensure design feasibility and smooth system integration.
• Conduct engineering analysis (e.g., stress, tolerance stack-up) to ensure design robustness and reliability.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in Mechanical Design.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software is required; experience with Siemens NX is a significant advantage (NX experience a big plus).
• A highly hands-on nature with a proven ability to move designs from concept to production on the shop floor.
• Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
