Position Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in Boise, Idaho. This role supports the design and delivery of state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities. You will work as part of a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team and gain experience across the full project lifecyclefrom design through construction support and startup.
In this role, you will be accountable for the technical quality and schedule of assigned engineering tasks while developing familiarity with client expectations, scope, budget, and project schedules. The position also includes on-site support during system startup, coordinating closely with discipline leads and other project team members.
