Mechanical Engineer

Seeking a hands-on, innovation-minded Mechanical Engineer to help design, refine, and bring to market products that are easier to install, easier to service, and built to last. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys ownership, from early concept through production, and who takes pride in translating real-world installer and builder feedback into elegant, manufacturable solutions.

In this role, you will work in close partnership with the Director of Engineering, supporting new product development and continuous improvement efforts across our portfolio. Your responsibilities will include executing mechanical designs, developing and reviewing system layouts and plans, validating performance through prototyping and testing, and supporting the transition from design to production. You will help ensure designs are accurate, manufacturable, and aligned with real-world installation conditions. Success in this role requires strong engineering fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to operate within a disciplined NPI process while maintaining a practical, field-driven approach to design.
