Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC

  • + years of experience designing HVAC systems for commercial buildings.
  • Hospital and/or Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Experience must primarily be working in an MEP engineering office whose primary clients are architects. 
  • Meeting and communicating with clients; and conducting site inspections.
  • Design and construction of hydronic systems (chilled water, hot water, and steam) and building automation systems is required. 
  • Experience using AutoCad and Revit is required.
  • Experience using Trace for building cooling loads is a plus; and using Trace also for energy models is an additional plus.
  • One mandatory day in the office each week (Wednesdays) – all other days are optional for in office. Overnight travel is minimal.
