A significant part of our work is conducted in development project form within cross-functional teams. Therefore, as a person, one needs to be collaborative, communicative, and responsible with a strong drive towards results.

The person needs to be structured in approach to work and should be able see and analyze details while also having the ability to see the bigger picture
