Location: Lockport, NY - Onsite

Job Description:

  • Create Operational method sheets for Advanced Energy (AEI) test fixtures in Adobe illustrator.

  • Generating manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings and wiring schematics for AEI test fixtures in Solidworks.

  • Support in designing assembly fixtures.

  • Physical unit verification of build units.

  • Releasing design updates through Engineering Change Orders ( ECO ).

  • PDM (in EPDM) and PLM Activities (In iPro - AEI tool).

  • Generate / Update Bill of Material.

  • Coordinate with purchasing team, engineering team, shop floor team and shipping team for building , testing and shipping the test fixtures.

  • Support in enclosure machining,
