Mechanical Engineer

Reliability improvement - analyse asset performance, identify bad actors, and implement corrective actions to increase uptime.

Long term technical support - lead/assist RCAs, advise on equipment upgrades, and drive reliability interventions.

Preventive maintenance strategy - help optimise PPM plans and maintenance programs; support IP/LTE improvement initiatives.

Outage and performance support - contribute to planning and post outage reviews to embed reliability learnings.

Data & systems - support SAP PM/CMMS data quality for equipment, notifications and work orders; promote standard work.

Collaboration - work closely with planners, technical supervisors and operations to align reliability actions with production.

Knowledge and Technical Strengths of Specific Interest

Proven experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment, experience in Power Plant and Wastewater Treatment plants would be beneficial.
