Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design review, coordination, supervision, and commissioning of all mechanical systems in high-rise building projects, ensuring compliance with project specs, authority requirements, and quality standards.
• Responsible for the technical management, construction coordination, quality control, and schedule management of all mechanical systems (including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting) on the project. Ensure all mechanical installations comply with design specifications, contract requirements, and local regulations.
• Thoroughly review and understand all mechanical discipline construction drawings, design specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure their constructability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Identify potential design conflicts (e.g., with other disciplines or structural elements) and propose solutions.
