Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks is mandatory, along with skills in problem-solving and communication in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
