  • Fire Sprinkler System
  • Mechanical
• Reading/interpretation of plans and specification
• Preparations of shop drawings/ISD/CSD
• Review of For Construction Drawing
• Preparation of RFI’s/CVI/SI
• Preparation of submittals
• Monitoring of RFI’s and submittals
• Monitoring and closing-out of Non Compliance Notices
• Technical Evaluation of materials for procurement
• Coordination of technical concerns with the consultants
• Coordination implementation of FCD’s
• Preparation of minutes of meeting (technical and management)
• Inspection of materials delivered on site
• Attending walk‑thru with the Subcontractors
• Witness testing and commissioning of M&E Works
