Job Summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer who is highly proficient in mechanical and plumbing design to lead the engineering efforts for our key projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects, interfacing with clients, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
Essential Job Functions
Lead engineer for assigned projects as the Engineer-of-RecordManage schedules, budgets, and day-to-day communication for the projectsCommunicate with the design team, account managers, estimators, construction team, and clientPrepare detailed and accurate fee proposals and engineering budgetsProvide technical assistance and troubleshooting for other divisions of the companyWrite technical reports and engineering studies, including condition assessments and energy studiesConduct site surveying and troubleshoot building systems
