Critical contributor to the design of sensing systems that fuel the next generation of Google Maps. Involves creating accurate and robust systems operated in challenging environments, meeting a myriad of operational requirements. Broad mandate to make fundamental contributions to a variety of complex products offers many opportunities for impact across the mapping organization. As a Mechanical Engineer, you help drive outcomes for one large project or multiple smaller programs, define internal roadmaps, and provide engineering design specifications to manufacturing areas.
