Mechanical Engineer
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Alternate Saturday: 8am - 12pm
Location: Tuas
Basic Salary: $3800 - $4100

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with standards.
• Improve preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Prepare, update, and maintain SOPs, ISO documentation, and equipment registrations.
• Lead and coordinate MOC processes for system additions, modifications, and replacements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues and support daily operational maintenance plans.
• Train technicians, oversee 5S/TPM practices, and ensure proper use of tools and spare parts.
• Support new projects, including documentation, coordination with contractors, and vendor management.
• Monitor EHS compliance within the maintenance section and manage all related documentation.

Requirements:

• Familiar with CAD and CMMS software for maintenance planning.
• Basic hands-on mechanical equipment repair and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and preventive maintenance in industrial settings.
