Mechanical Design & Project Manager – Data Centre & Life Sciences Facilities Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical design projects for Data Centre and Life Science facilities, from preliminary and basic design phases through to executive design and construction documentation.
- Provide expert technical advice to clients during the initial project phase, supporting feasibility studies and design strategies.
- Capture and manage client requirements, coordinating and integrating needs with multidisciplinary teams.
- Define conceptual design criteria for mechanical installations, including pre-dimensioning, calculations, and preparation of detailed technical documentation for HVAC, PCI, plumbing, sanitation, industrial gases, and other building services.
- Oversee on-site activities, supporting Construction Management in document control, quality assurance, site supervision, and commissioning of mechanical installations. ...
