MECHANICAL ENGINEER


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct HVAC design calculations, technical evaluations, and system studies

  • Review vendor/client drawings and translate into engineering solutions

  • Prepare construction documents and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

  • Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and prepare change bulletins (CBs)

  • Perform field surveys, observations, and develop punch lists

  • Delegate tasks to Designers and BIM Technicians

  • Research codes and document findings for supervisory review

  • Assist with technical assessments and progressively engage in client interactions

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
