About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer (P.Eng.) with 5–7 years of experience to lead the design, coordination, and stamping of mechanical systems for residential and mixed‑use development projects. This role is hands‑on and accountable, requiring strong technical judgment, code knowledge, and experience working through municipal approvals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering compliant, constructible mechanical designs while coordinating closely with architects, structural engineers, electrical consultants, and development teams.
