Location: Aldermaston, West Berkshire. We are located between Reading and Basingstoke, with onsite parking. On-site role.

Package: £35,720 - £44,650 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

AWE's Nuclear Threat Reduction team currently have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for the design, manufacture, assembly and validation on a broad range of engineering projects.

Applicants must have an understanding of mechanical design and specification with experience of design tools, product realisation and manufacturing techniques.

Ideally you will have demonstrable experience of working on multi-disciplined projects and be familiar with the following areas:
