Description

Experience in Conceptual Design, Initial Assembly Models, Prototype Development and Pre-Qualification Support, pre-production and qualification support for IFE

projects such as Overhead Shroud, Overhead SVDU Monitor etc.

Conceptual Design – Design concepts and layout bracket and SVDU within AMOD.

Design concepts may include an insert surrounding the active area of the monitor depending on customer input.

Initial Assembly Models – Creation of models and drawings for fit check and prototype

Prototype Development and Pre-Qualification Support – Support development of prototype builds, fixtures for pre-qualification testing (thermal, vibration). Release of prototype drawings, BOMs, and models

Pre-Production (Red Label) and Qualification Support – Update and release production (red label) drawings, BOMs, and models. Assist ILE in red label build units.

Convert Catia V5 files to Creo 4.0 and vice versa to support OEM requests.

EMS E190 Antenna – convert BOM to electronic format, update 3D models and 2D drawings and release new configuration in Team Center

Assist mechanical engineering team with various tasks such as updating drawings per redlines, making small changes to 3D models, or by generating Engineering Orders (EOs). These tasks could be in support of existing IFE development projects or part of IFE and AGS sustaining efforts.
