+ Provide real-time engineering support to the production line, resolving first-tier mechanical issues and escalating complex problems as needed.
+ Lead initiatives to improve first pass yield, reduce cycle time, and enhance labor efficiency through data-driven analysis and corrective actions.
+ Develop, update, and maintain clear and effective work instructions, assembly guides, and production documentation.
+ Manage the maintenance and calibration of tooling and fixtures to ensure consistent performance and compliance with quality standards.
