Serve as an engineering leader and technical expert with the ability to answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering staff. Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide by.

We are seeking a strong experienced Mechanical Engineer (AEC/MEP) with leadership capability to lead our combined Baltimore and Washington, DC area Mechanical Engineering Departments and supporting the function enterprise-wide.
