Position Overview
**Key Responsibilities**
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanical engineers and designers. Foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical direction and expertise in the design and development of custom tooling, jigs, fixtures, and automated assembly lines. Ensure all designs meet performance, safety, and cost specifications.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Work closely with sales and marketing to understand customer needs and market trends. Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for technical inquiries during the sales cycle. Develop technical content, presentations, and product demonstrations to support business development efforts. Participate in client meetings to present technical solutions and capabilities.
