+ Manage Teradyne mechanical engineers at two contract manufacturer (CM) sites in Penang producing Teradyne products.



+ Assign JIRA case work and ensure timely completion with high quality.



+ Support Teradyne and CM Operations teams to rapidly resolve production issues throughout the factories.
