Mechanical Engineering Supervisor at Reputable Company

Job Purpose

• To supervise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all mechanical systems and installations on production plant equipment, so as to keep them in good working condition, prevent their failure and avert disruption of operations within the company’s policies and work procedures

Principal Accountabilities

• Planning and supervision of preventive maintenance on production plant equipment to minimize disruptions to production operations

• Planning and supervision of corrective maintenance activities and recommending modifications to maintenance programmes based on analysis to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of production plant equipment

• Adoption of modern technologies in the maintenance of plant equipment to improve overall plant performance and capacity
