• Bid preparation
• Project budgeting
• Subcontractor coordination
• Reviewing specifications
• Cost analysis
• Proposal development
• Estimating software use- You will get to pick the desired software
Requirements:
• Mechanical estimating experience
• Construction background
• Blueprint reading
• Reliable transportation
