Plumbing Estimator


We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator with a strong background in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing estimating.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret project plans & specifications

  • Prepare and distribute bid documents, addenda, and transmittals

  • Conduct detailed quantity surveys & define full scope

  • Build master budgets, cost models, and project estimates

  • Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and team to resolve issues

  • Monitor estimates to maintain profit margins and manage changes

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ plumbing estimating experience

  • Education from college, trade school, or military a plus

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
