We’re recruiting an experienced Mechanic for a Perth-based workshop role within the Power Generation sector . This position suits a hands‑on tradesperson who enjoys workshop work and takes pride in supporting and mentoring junior staff , while working on critical power equipment.

The Role

Working from an established workshop, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing power generation equipment while assisting junior mechanics and apprentices in day‑to‑day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical maintenance and repairs on generators and industrial equipment
• Supporting pre‑delivery preparation and commissioning activities
• Assisting and mentoring junior mechanics and apprentices
• Diagnosing mechanical faults and supporting breakdown repairs
• Maintaining workshop standards, safety, and quality
