Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier Mechanical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Mechanical General Superintendent in Phoenix, AZ.



Mechanical General Superintendent Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Mechanical General Superintendent in Phoenix, AZ is between $110,000 and $180,000.

    • Mechanical General Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities
  • Mentoring & developing all trades and manpower levels throughout the company. 
  • Documentation and corrective measures.
  • Development of operational plans on projects.
  • Schedule all daily and weekly scope of work activities.
  • Oversee labor and material on projects assigned.
  • Assist field staff, general contractors, mechanical and plumbing contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and design during construction.
  • Budget tracking and cost control.
  • Extensive background with projects such as: High rise condos, hotels, airports, and hospitals


    • Mechanical General Superintendent Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in the mechanical construction industry.
  • Leadership abilities, experience building teams, mentoring, training, hiring, and discipling of employees.
  • A stable work history is a must.
  • Experience with large, commercial, industrial, multi-family, mission critical, healthcare or educational projects.
  • Degree in Construction management preferred but not necessary.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
