Job Description

Selectek is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join an established MEP firm, specializing in HVAC design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and coordination of HVAC systems for Healthcare and Commercial buildings. This role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to develop efficient and sustainable mechanical systems. This role will act as an Engineer working to create HVAC designs with REVIT for commercial projects.
 



A successful candidate will have the following background and abilities:
  • Revit Modeling/Design
  • Multidiscipline Project Management
  • Client Relations
  • Knowledgeable of various HVAC Systems Design
  • Contract Administration (Shop Drawings, RFI’s, Site Visits/Reports)
  • Multitasking between various projects
  • Sustainable Design (LEED Accreditation a plus)
  • Energy Modeling experience a plus

    • Minimum Requirements for Consideration:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • 5 plus years of HVAC design/engineering experience for commercial projects
  • Revit Proficiency
  • EIT working toward PE or PE

    • Preferred:
  • Healthcare Project Experience
  • PE
  • LEED Accreditation
  • Energy Modeling experience

    • Pay Rate: $38.00 - $50.00 depending on experience

    Term: 6-month temp to perm
