**Description:** You will be the Inspection Supervisor for the Dallas Mechanical Quality team. Our team safeguards product integrity by inspecting specifications, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that customers receive flawless results.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Mechanical Quality Inspection Supervisor you will lead a crew of non-exempt inspectors overseeing recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and day-to-day task assignments. You'll keep the schedule tight, the workflow smooth, and the team focused on meeting critical production milestones while collaborating closely with peers and senior leaders.
