DUTIES:

·Lead and actively contribute to the design and development of automotive and transit bus components, including EV systems, ensuring technical accuracy, innovation, compliance with global automotive standards and certification requirements (APTA, FMVSS 210/214)

·Demonstrate an advanced understanding of engineering design principles and manufacturing processes, leading complex projects with innovative solutions and efficient processes

·Spearhead project execution from concept through release, combining hands-on 3D CAD modeling, GD&T application, tolerance analysis, and FEA with strategic team leadership to deliver customer-focused solutions.

·Manage full product development lifecycle from concept through final release for plastic, sheet metal, composite, weldment and machined parts.
