Are you ready to step up and lead? We’re looking for a hands‑on, motivated Mechanical Leading Hand to join our team. Based in Rockhampton and reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing the repair and rebuild of radiators and cooling components for heavy mining equipment.

As Our New Leading Hand, You Will

• Lead and mentor a small team.
• Ensure the smooth repair, rebuild, and remanufacture of cooling components for mobile mining equipment.
• Be hands‑on with a mix of planning, quality control, and technical work.
• Work on top‑tier brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr and Hitachi.
• Support continuous improvement and innovative practices.
• Help us exceed our customers’ expectations for component availability and productivity.

• A mechanical trade qualification (fitter, mechanic, boilermaker or similar).
