Mechanical Machine Maintenance & Repair Engineer

We are currently hiring for the role of Mechanical Machine Maintenance & Repair Engineer and came across your profile as a potential match.

This role involves supporting the reliable operation of CNC and SPM machines, with hands-on exposure to mechanical maintenance, repairs, calibration, and installation activities. You will work closely with senior technicians and gain opportunities to enhance your troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive mechanical maintenance of CNC/SPM machines
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing issues related to spindles, bearings, guideways, ball screws, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Support machine alignment, levelling, and mechanical calibration
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines
• Maintain maintenance records and support spare parts tracking
• Adhere to safety procedures and shop-floor best practices

Ideal Profile:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering or related field
• 25 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of CNC/SPM machines
• Basic hands-on knowledge of tooling, fabrication, and assembly processes
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and mechanical troubleshooting
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setup

Additionally, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a technical testas part of the interview process.
