Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Building - Wembley, London - Immediate start - Temp to perm - £25 Per Hour
An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Wembley, London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based covering a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
Hours of work
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
temp to perm
£25 per hour depending on experience
up to £41,000 per annum
Temp on going Key duties & Responsibilities
Planned and reactive maintenance
HVAC Systems
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors Requirements
Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2
