Role & responsibilities:-
- Departmental Leadership: Lead and manage the TG & BOP Mechanical Maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operation. Formulate and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
- Maintenance Planning and Execution: Oversee maintenance schedules and timely execution of annual overhauls,shutdowns, and emergency maintenance.Ensure equipment health and availability through systematic inspections, diagnostics, and timely interventions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Availability, Reliability) and initiate corrective/preventive actions. Drive energy efficiency and reliability improvement projects.
- Budgeting & Resource Allocation:Prepare and control annual maintenance budgets (OPEX & CAPEX).Optimize spare parts inventory and coordinate with SCM for procurement.
