In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and supporting operational efficiency. **What We Offer** * Diverse opportunities to grow, back yourself and achieve * Pathways for career progression and development * A culture that values diversity, innovation, and collaboration * Access to wellness programs and employee benefits **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and deliver executable short-term maintenance schedules * Maintain and update SAP CMMS Master Data and maintenance work instructions * Plan and prepare preventive and corrective maintenance work orders * Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate resources and equipment * Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and documentation * Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards **About You** * Trade certification in a mechanical discipline * Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance planning within Oil & Gas * Ability to read technical drawings and use planning tools (MS Project or P6) * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills **About UGL** As a member of the CIMIC Group of companies, we value diversity in our team’s backgrounds, ideas, and work styles.
