POSITION SUMMARY 


This position must be able to perform the essential functions below. The Technician works under close supervision, performing the essential functions at an adequate level. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Observe and follow Ormat’s environmental and operational rules, procedures and guidelines 

  • Strictly adhere to and enforce safety procedures as required by ORMAT, CAPP, and OSHA 

  • Responsible for welding and fabrication of pipe spools, flanges, fittings and structural items 

  • Troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical equipment as required to support plant operations <...
