Overseeing and directing construction projects in terms of MEP part
Coordination with PM & MEP consultants and government authorities
Coordination with other site department (Construction team) to resolve discrepancies & technical issue to ensure project completion on time within budget
Checking MEP deliverables of Project requirement and ensuring achievement of quality standards
Supporting Construction Manager to plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (MEP drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequence and project schedule
Reviewing and comment MEP sub-contractors' submittals and drawings
Select MEP equipment and track inventory
Liaise with the client, PM and consultant
Liaise directly and regularly in Korean with our Korean headquarters to update process of project
Act as a key liaison for Korean-speaking executives, staff, and partners.
