**Remote location: Mexico.**
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with process or product development for mechanical parts/assemblies.
- 3 years of experience with precision sheet metal fabrication processes (i.e., press brake forming, hardware insertion processes), tooling fabrication processes (i.e. metal stamping), or electro-mechanical assembly.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience developing solid, effective technical relationships with contract manufacturers.
- Experience with product data management systems (e.g., Agile, Windchill) and 3D CAD modeling tools (e.g., SolidWorks or Pro Engineer).
- Experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
