Job Summary:
Creates comprehensive job packages from work order scopes, ensuring all information regarding required labor, materials, equipment, and services is included for the safe, effective, and efficient execution of work. Requires advanced skills and expertise in processes, procedures, operational systems, or specialized technical fields, using analytical or scientific methods to perform a wide range of complex assignments. May act as a working team lead, providing subject matter guidance and coordinating the work of others.
