TrinityRail Maintenance Services, Inc. is searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of 2nd Shift Mechanical Production Generalist  in our  Shell Rock, IA  office.

As a Production Generalist for Trinity Rail, you will play a vital role in many areas of production. This role is flexible role in which you will have a unique opportunity on helping all buildings succeed in meeting our overall production goals. 

What you'll do:

  • Have knowledge or willing to gain the knowledge of to how to use a variety of hand tools with a high degree of safety.
  • Ability to work in multiple workstations, which range from loud environment’s to dirty environments.
  • Willing to work at elevated workstations and working on your knees for long periods at a time.
  • Willing to adapt to a safety minded culture company and live those safety practices throughout your everyday activities.
