Job Description of Mechanical Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical - Project Engineer who will be responsible to plan, execute, monitor, control and close standard engineering projects within the allocated budget, time and expected quality standards and in line with the Corporation’s operational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities of Mechanical Project Engineer

Ensures the preparation of engineering drawings, collects requirements from end users and to prepare scope of work for projects under assignment.
Reviews project requirements and determines necessary budget and resources to fulfill them.
Identifies potential qualified contractors.
Develops engineering drawings in coordination with draftsmen and submits them to project administrator along with a detailed scope of work.
Conducts commercial bid and technical bid evaluations in consultation with Senior Projects Engineer. Checks and responds to NOCs requests.
