Mechanical Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination & Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact between both engineering offices.
• Ensure seamless information exchange and collaboration on mechanical engineering projects.
• Conduct regular virtual and in-person meetings to align project goals.

1. Project Management:

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate solutions between offices.
• Ensure both teams are aligned on technical specifications and design changes.

1. Technical Support & Documentation:

• Review and validate mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Maintain updated technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer between offices.

1. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure quality control across both offices by standardizing engineering practices.
• Oversee testing, prototyping, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

1. Software & Tools Management:

• Work with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and other engineering tools to support both teams.
• Facilitate integration of software and workflows between offices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, coordination, or project management.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fabrication, and construction processes.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at same time.
• Experience in interdisciplinary coordination (mechanical, electrical, civil) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or construction industries.
• Familiarity with international engineering standards (ASME, ISO, etc.).
• Previous experience working in a multi-office or multinational environment.
