Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager with 10–15 years of experience, including strong UAE experience with main contractors in electromechanical/building construction projects.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
  • Project planning, execution & monitoring
  • Contractual and technical documentation
  • Leadership & team management
  • Budgeting & cost control
  • Coordination with consultants, clients & subcontractors
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools

Minimum 10–15 years of experience

Must have UAE experience with main contractors in building construction

Strong leadership and project execution skills

Ready to join immediately or within short notice.
