Mechanical Project Manager

Your New CompanyA medium-sized mechanical and electrical contractor with a turnover of €30+ million. They work on a wide variety of projects that include high-density residential schemes (apartments + housing), hotels, fit-outs and office blocks, along with some industrial work. They have a mixed-use development project starting in Dublin in the new year and are looking to add a senior member of staff to their mechanical division that will oversee these projects. They work with a selected number of main contractors and win repeat business directly from developers and main contractors.
Your new role

Manage and supervise all aspects of mechanical projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
