About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong commercial background to lead the delivery of M&E projects across sectors such as leisure, Ministry of Justice (MOJ), and commercial office fit‑outs. Our projects range in scale and complexity, and we’re looking for someone at the top of the Project Manager bracket — ideally a Senior Project Manager — who can hit the ground running with minimal direction and quickly take full ownership of mechanical project delivery from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mechanical project delivery on commercial building services projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of mechanical engineering activities on site, including installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
