Mechanical Project Manager needed on a long-term basis for a super high-spec residential project in Hampstead.

My client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in residential projects. Each apartment is likely over £10M each.

Duties

• Manage and oversee the delivery of a large-scale residential mechanical install from start to finish
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and subcontractors – must be comfortable in a client-facing role
• Ensure technical excellence on site, advising operatives when needed and resolving issues as they arise
• Produce and manage weekly/monthly progress reports, tracking milestones and managing programme
• Maintain compliance with all Health and Safety regulations on site
